Our engagement began by upgrading their Moodle Learning Management System from Moodle 3.0 to Moodle 3.5, laying a strong foundation for future growth. As the platform evolved, we continued supporting its development through Moodle implementation and configuration improvements, theme customization, WordPress integration, plugin configuration, server hosting, and ongoing Moodle administration. Today, after more than eight years of collaboration, we continue to manage and maintain the platform, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, and optimized for learners worldwide.

When Wise Global Training partnered with PakTaleem in 2018, their Moodle platform required a major upgrade to improve stability, security, and long-term maintainability. Our partnership began with successfully upgrading Wise Global Training's Moodle platform from version 3.0 to 3.5. From there, we continued supporting the platform through ongoing Moodle upgrades, configuration improvements, and regular maintenance, ensuring it remains secure, stable, and aligned with the organization's growing needs.

Moodle Implementation & Platform Customization:

We implemented and configured Moodle to support Wise Global Training's online learning requirements, customized the platform's theme to reflect the organization's branding, and optimized the user experience to provide learners with a professional and intuitive learning environment.

Learning Platform Integration:

We integrated the organization's WordPress website with Moodle using WooCommerce and Edwiser Bridge, enabling learners to purchase courses online and be automatically enrolled into Moodle. We also configured secure payment gateways, including Stripe and PayPal, creating a seamless enrollment experience while reducing manual administrative work.

Managed Hosting & Long-Term Technical Partnership:

Rather than treating the project as a one-time implementation, we established a long-term partnership focused on continuous improvement. For more than eight years, we have provided managed hosting, server administration, Moodle and plugin updates, security monitoring, automated backups, technical support, and ongoing platform optimization to ensure the system remains secure, reliable, and available around the clock.
