This project involved managing the platform as a Senior Moodle Administrator, with a focus on end-to-end course development and delivery. Key work included fully creating and configuring 22+ complete courses for Version 1 and 14 courses for Version 2, incorporating quizzes, activities, flipbooks, files, rubrics, checklists, completion criteria, and course resources. Beyond initial delivery, I provided ongoing updates and refinements whenever the client introduced new requirements or requested changes to course content and structure. I also created course demonstration videos, generated flipbooks using the PakTaleem Flipbook Creation App, and tested SMTP and overall course functionality to ensure a complete, learner-ready experience.

Key work included creating and configuring a Certificate III category with 24+ courses and a Certificate II category with 15 courses, each incorporating quizzes, activities, flipbooks, files, rubrics, checklists, and completion requirements. I also created course orientation videos, generated flipbooks using the PakTaleem Flipbook Creation App, uploaded resources, and integrated orientation content across relevant courses to deliver a cohesive, learner-ready experience.

This project involved managing the platform as a Senior Moodle Administrator, with a focus on performance optimization and platform reliability. Key work included improving overall website performance from approximately 20% to 80%+, with measurable gains across all environments, the dev site's performance score rose from 31 to 100% on desktop, staging improved from 41 to 74, and the live site increased from 37 to 85, resulting in faster page loading, smoother navigation, and a more responsive user experience overall. I also optimized long course videos to reduce loading times, configured course payments and discount coupons, and continuously monitored the platform to ensure stable functionality and a smooth student experience.

Reorganized and developed a structured learning environment from scattered course materials, creating a clear and consistent course structure aligned with training requirements. Configured SCORMs, imported grades across activities, created the complete “Life Skills” chapter according to client requirements, and resolved critical duplicate-assessment and grade issues while maintaining historical grade accuracy.

Created numerous step-by-step demonstration videos covering system features and workflows, including Multilang Code Implementation, Sections Management, Course Categories, and Custom Report Builder. Configured attendance reporting, resolved the missing language-switching functionality, and created and organized courses for multiple school grades from 7th through 11th.

Investigated an issue where certificates were not being generated automatically by reviewing student records across the affected program. Documented which students did not receive certificates and identified the specific issue affecting each case, then shared the findings with the client. Also tested and configured the student role after identifying that students could access additional reports that were not required for their role, and restricted access to those reports to ensure appropriate permissions and functionality.

Customized dashboards for students, teachers, managers, and administrators, ensuring each role could access the features relevant to them. Created courses with structured database (Resource Bank) for storing required learner information. Configured BigBlueButton, course payments, and certificate activities, and provided technical guidance through demonstration videos for specific implementation requirements.

Configured SCORM packages and quizzes across the training modules, including Adaptive Quiz activities with Easy, Medium, and Hard question-bank categories and appropriate tagging.
